Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a small, community-focused organisation, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size.

However, we want you to love your kit! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know right away.

How to report a fault:

• Email info@movewellbyjessica.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and a photo of the fault/damage.

• Once we've reviewed, I'll get a replacement sent out to you or organise a refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times We aim to get your orders packed and sent within 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time for shipping on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail.

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £3.99 (or Free on orders over £50!)

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £5.99

Tracking Your Order Once your shirt is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you're abroad and desperate for a shirt, drop me a message at info@movewellbyjessica.com and I’ll see what I can do!

Missing or Damaged Items If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days or arrives looking a bit worse for wear, please email me with your order number, and I’ll get it sorted for you.
