MoveWell by Jessica was born out of my love of fitness and desire to help others achieve their goals, become strong, and develop a healthy lifestyle. 


As a mum of three, I know the importance of making the time for fitness, "me" time and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.  I believe in functional fitness and my motivation will have you feeling energised, and reaching your goals in no time.
